Players are broken down into two sides, this sketch is just a guideline. One side feeds the ball it doesnt matter which side. The black and yellow players can not move, they are frozen. They are allowed one step but must return to their position after each stroke. The white players are runners, they can move about freely but must remain in the back before each serve. Each player gets two strikes. Any ball not attempted at or hit is the responsibility of the runners. If the runner strikes out a new runner is elected. The object of this game is to create gaps in the court and utilize angles to strike out your opponet. Its a fast paced game so reaction time is further increased.
Try to get players to focus on using extreme angles Push on the runners to work on their agility and finesse to get to the ball and to create openings for a strike out
