2 teams. Team 1 hits Good FH strokes. Team 2 hits Good backhand strokes. 1pt for each shot into the full court and 1pt bonus for good stroke. 1 basket of balls. 10pts wins.
Players should be in ready position with racket in front of body, take back the racket early and follow through stroke.
