Community | Hand- fed defence-offence drill

DESCRIPTION

2 players start in the centre of b-line. 1st shot is defence FH/BH xcourt. 2nd shot directly after attacking FH/BH d-line, then recovery to centre and repeat. Rotate players.

COACHING POINTS

- players must fece net while recovering - encourage taking the bal on top of the bounce or on the rise ( hip/shoulder level ) -waiting players to bounce on forefoot, alternatively waiting players to collect balls on other side then rotate
