Coach feeds ball to FH and player has to hit ball in the little row made by red cones and singles side line. Same drill on BH by aiming to area delimited by blue cones. Live ball drill : Coach feed from the center line to A then close in the net, a has to hit down the line to make coach move for a volley but also open other side court, a nicely puts it away cross court using over spin passing shot. Drill goes with feeding on FH and BH.
