Skill 2: Bounce ball on strings and catch with palm down. Skill 3: Bounce ball on strings with palm up. Skill 4: Bounce ball on strings with palm down. Skill 5: Self rally and catch the ball with palm up. Skill 6: Self rally and catch the ball with palm down. Skill 7. Self rally with palm up. Skill 8: Self rally with palm down.
Use good control with the racquet. Bend your knees. Hand- eye- keep your eyes on the ball. Do it slowly.
