Catch turn Catch | Ball skills

Catch turn Catch:

Hold the ball between the legs with left hand in front and right hand behind.

Let go of the ball twist and hold the ball with hands the other way around..

around the body:

Move the ball around the body . Both ways.

Catching Overhead | Ball skills

Catching Overhead:

Pass the ball quickly from one hand to the other, at about shoulder height.
Try both static and moving.

Vary level at which you pass the ball - from ankle height to full stretch above your head.

One arm catch and return | Ball skills

One arm catch and return:

1 feeder and 1 worker 1 ball. Feeder throws the wide left right to the worker who has to run out to either side catching the ball and returning it with the outside arm only.
