Players work in groups of 5 - 3 passing players on the outside of the triangle, one attacking player in the middle and one defender who is marking the central player.
The defender has to prevent the attacker from getting free to receive a pass from the outside players.

Defender must be aware of where the feeders are and where the attacker is at all times.
Look for eye contact between the attacker and the feeders.
Progression:Add a Defender (this should give the defenders more success) or add an Attacker, making it harder for the defender(s).
