DESCRIPTION

4 players 1 ball 2 feeders with the ball have to feed the ball to a Attacker that is tightly marked by a defender.

Each time the attacker receives the ball she feeds it back to the feeder that did not pass the ball to her.

Roll dodge:

For the first few run throughs blue 1 is a static defender.

White 1 steps across the defender with their right foot, pivoting on the left and then rolls around the back of blue 1 (turning her back) to receive the ball from X.

Receive and return pass:

Players work in groups of 3, with two players inside the grid and 1 outside with the ball.

The outside player (1) passes the ball inside to the player on their team (2) and then runs inside the square to receive the pass back.

After this player 2 runs out of the opposite side of the grid to receive a return pass from player 1 before restarting the drill.

Player continue working in this way until the defender intercepts the ball.

At that point the defender swaps with the player that lost the ball.

Roll Chain:

In groups of 6 or 7 set up as below. Before receiving the ball the player must roll before receiving the ball. Ball should advance through the court in a straight line.

Receive the ball off cone:

Player 1 runs to the cone in the centre. On reaching it the player should make an explosive movement to either side of the cone (running in the direction of one of the outside cones).

The feeder (player 2) then feeds the ball into player 1.

Players swap roles and repeat.
