Have two groups of players (blues and whites) split themselves into two lines. Each line stands facing the other coloured group.
The first 2 players drive in opposite angles, with player 1 (blue) receiving the first pass from the coach.
Player 2 (white) must then change direction to receive the pass from the other player.
After this the player with the ball passes to one of the two players from the other side and the drill continues.
Focus on the timing of the movement, speed of the driving move, a quick change of direction and accurate passing.
Who goes where?
The player who made the first pass rejoins the back of their original line.
The player who passes to the other side joins the back of the line for thier colour on the other side.
