DESCRIPTION

Three feeders stand on a line and start with two balls, opposite the worker.

The feeders take it in turns to pass to the worker who must return the pass to the player without the ball (not the same person who passed to you).

After passing the ball feeders must run to the next line behind them, before driving forward to receive the pass from the worker - in a different position to where they ran from.

COACHING POINTS

Players cannot receive the pass from the some position they passed from - so players will constantly changing positions in their variation.

Encourage players to call for the pass as they return to the starting line.

Give and Go in pairs:

Players work in groups of 4, with two feeders, two balls and two workers.

The workers receive the ball from the feeder opposite them and return the pass
They then accelerate quickly to receive from the other feeder

Drill should be continuous.

Pass and Follow Relay:

The player with the ball starts by passing using a shoulder pass to the player opposite them

They sprint to follow their pass to the back of the opposite line Next player shoulder passes then follows the ball, joining the back of the opposite line.
