Developing good team cohesion and communication is crucial to success within netball. It is important in both defence, to turn over the ball and attack, getting the ball to flow nicely through court.
This sessions begins with a fun warm up game focused around keeping possession. Right from the start this warm up will help bring your team together, working effectively to maintain possession to score points. The session carriers through the theme of team cohesion and communication given your players the opportunity to work through some drills where this will be truly evident. ?Multi-Ball Madness? in particular could prove a real challenge, however with communication and team-work your players will be scoring points in no time. The session concludes with a modified game of netball, with certain conditions placed upon the game to get your players implementing what they have learnt.
