The session begins with a fun warm-up to get your players using their fast feet and body angles to avoid being caught. The session develops to allow your players to practice their defensive movement and positioning, shadowing their opponent in order to deny space or obtain an interception. The session explains how best to defend, using the correct body positioning, as well as how is best to go for an interception successfully. ?Rewards the Defence? concludes the session, providing a fun competitive drill to allow your players to demonstrate what they have learnt.
