Set up:
Place 4 cones on the outside of your playing area and two poles in the middle.
In front of the feeder have two players on each cone/pole. Behind the feeder is a runner.
The Drill:
This exercise tests your players' ability to field quickly under pressure.
The feeder can make this drill more challenging by throwing a bobbler or increasing the speed of the deivery.
The runner should be trying to score as many runs as possible without being stumped out at the corresponding post.
