4 players in a staggered line in a coned area with 1 player in the middle as the tackler.
Player 2 runs with the ball drawing the tackler towards him, the ball is then passed inside to player 1, avoiding the tackler.
The ball is then passed backwards along the line to each player with player 4 scoring a try.
The player at the end of the line scores a try.
Repeat the drill going in the opposite direction.
Players rotate so that they all have a go as the tackler.
Ball to be carried correctly by each player.
Correct passing between players (no forward passes).
Ball to be grounded correctly.
Encourage full use of the coned area.
