Hi Makayla,

Are you struggling to get your players to listen during a training session? We suggest using an introduction at the start of your session to ensure your players know that they are there to train. You can also set personal and team goals for what you want to achieve in the session to challenge your players. Challenging them to improve will keep them engaged and more likely to listen.
