Questions for an U/10 Team
HI, so I am coaching for my first time this year, and I am coaching an U/10 group of girls. I am trying to get them to learn:1) How to get them to work as a team2) How to look for the person without their player3) How to stay in front of their playerand 4) how to not clump.I know that that is a lot of things but where do I start and how do I start? Any answers are much appreciated!!!!Thanks so much!!!!!!!!
Does your club / association have a Coaching Coordinator? You should ask this person for help. I always tell my coaches that I'm happy to help and that asking for help isn't a sign of weakness or failure. Thanks for coaching! The game of netball needs volunteers like you! Good luck.

1. Organise a team day that is not netball related. Something fun that encourages to work as a team. A game of beach soccer, or a scavenger hunt, obstacle course, or a movie night.
2. have no idea what you are asking so you might need to expand on that one.
3. Look up preliminary moves to teach your players to get away from their player before driving for the pass.
4. Teach them set plays so they can see where they all need to be and not crowd the court. Also helps stops players from hogging play as it teaches them that they all have a job and where that job is.
hope that helps
