The "Receive and return to the free player" drill focuses on enhancing players' ability to move quickly, call for the ball, and pass accurately. In this drill, five players are positioned outside a circle with three balls among them, while two players move inside the circle. The inside players must move swiftly, call for the ball, and upon receiving it, pass to a player without a ball, ensuring it's not the same player who passed to them originally.
