4 Lines. A line in each corner of the court. Players will play 2 v 2. Once a shot has been taken that team will sprint back on defence. The next 2 players waiting in line will get the ball and attack on offence. As soon as the attack for one pair is completed (after a shot or a miss) the ball should be passed to the waiting pair and the previous attacking pair must turn and now play defence. The defenders from the previous go now sit out behind the baseline and wait for their turn to play again.
Make sure players who are not running the drill are concentrating and active.
