There will be 2 players in offence and 2 on defence. The players on offence will have to run a pick and roll to start their offence and then play from there. If the offence scores they keep the ball, if they miss they switch and the defence get the ball. The player with the ball has to make the decision whether or not to use the screen that is set or attack the other way. If he uses the screen he has the chance to either attack the basket, shoot or pass the the person who set the screen. If they do not use the screen they should attack or shoot the ball depending on the way the defender reacts to the change. They need to be able to make the decision quick before the defence recovers.
Make sure that the player with the ball keeps their head up and can see the floor and what is happening. For example, if the defender goes under the screen, that is an open shot, if he goes through the screen they should attack the basket. After each attack, you should show them the different options that were available after their turn to attack so that they can see and learn.
