Blue & Grey players run opposite. Red and Yellow players run diagonally. Players ALWAYS pass to the right (unless you choose to switch it and play to the left). Once a player receives the ball, they run to their designated area (opposite or diagonal). To make this drill harder, add in a 2nd ball. This forces players to sprint. Usually have at least 2 players on the long runs (Blue and Yellow). Variations - change the type of pass, change the distance, add in a ball, change direction, no dropping the ball or start again, time limit.
- active hands. - eyes on the ball. - calling for names. - moving into space quickly. - scan the area to avoid collision.
