Students start at the red cone with ball in their right hand. They then walk in a line to the first green cone while dribbling the ball in their right hand. Once they have gone around the outside of the first cone, they switch the hand that they are dribbling with and continue walking and dribbling to the second cone, as so on until they reach the end red cone. They then go to the adjacent red cone and do the process again, but starting with the opposite hand that they initially started with. Once completed, go again but increase pace.
1) Bounce to hip height 2) Be able to dribble proficiently with both hands 3) Spread finger tips to control ball better 4) Controlled movement 5) Crossover with one bounce
