DESCRIPTION

Drill 1- in groups of 2 one person will hold the bungee harness the other will be runing. when ready the person running will sprint as fast as they can directly to the ball while the person holding the bungee cord will be trying to hold them back and put them off their line. once the player has reached and picked up the ball stop. Drill 2- In groups of 2 just like in drill 1 we start with one person wearing the harness one holding it but this time instead of runninng forward the person with the harness will be running backwards with resistance from his partner
