Player 1 passes the ball to player 2, player 2 then dribbles the ball through the cones and passes it down to player 3 on the base line. Player 3 then tries to make it past player 1 and 2 to the 25 metre line. If player 1 and 2 successfully take it off player 3 before he gets to the 25 Metre line they work together to get it in the circle and take a shot. Now all 3 players rotate so each are in a different role. The same thing continuelly happens with different people doim it each time. Complete this for 10 minutes.
