1. Side steps, touching each cone as you go. When you reach the top push off strong using right foot. 2. Jump side to side over the sticks along to the end. 3. Sprint from cone to cone, changing direction at each cone to sprint to the next. 4. Ladders, one foot in each rung. 5. Hurdles, sinlge foot in each rung like the ladders. 6. Sprint from the white cone to the end white cone. Repeat once. Set up as a race against the other side. Go through it twice then swap sides and go through twice.
