Attackers aim is to win the ball back through pressing the defense into a mistake. No tackling allowed. defenders aim is to move the ball and return it to the coach on half way. Coach will move to support the move of the ball. Attackers will score point if the score a goal or win the ball back. Defenders score a point if they return the ball to the coach.
