see picture; nr1+2 together, A1 alone nr 1 plays ball to A1= exercise start. A1 needs to dribble over the goal line A. if nr 1 plays ball, nr 2 can start to run. nr 2 has to run around cone most far away into pitch to help defending with nr 2. if nr 1+2 get the ball, dribble over line B
Look at defending skill: jab to slow down gama and give nr 2 the time to join. once nr 2 is behind him a blocktackle (low defending) is an option
