Set up pitch as shown with 4 attackers and 2 defenders in each channel. Play 1v1 in channel, attackers trying to carry into goal, defenders to clear to teammate on sideline. Defenders rotate each turn and new attacker starts. After 10 minutes, swap channels. Swap 2 defenders after 3 minutes.
Attacker to eliminate defender using drags, lifts, change of pace/direction etc. Avoid restricted areas of the pitch like sidelines.
