Needed: 15 cones, 2 hoops, Goal, Balls, 3+ players How? BLACK: Player takes ball approaches first cone line to the RIGHT and pulls left. Then approaches second cone line to the LEFT and pulls right. Shoot on goal. BLUE: Player takes ball approaches first hoop on the RIGHT and makes a full circle around. Then approaches the second hoop on the LEFT and goes all the way around. Shoot on goal. RED: Player with ball approaches first cone line, pulls the bal towards him/her and lifts the ball over the cone line. Then approaches the second cone line and lifts the ball wothout pull back. Shoot on goal.
Black: make the fake the the body first then the pull Black: big pulls make sure to get well outside the cone line Blue: focus on keeping the ball on the stick Blue: advance into backhand spin for second hoop and speed Red: Take it easy and slow for the first time and progress into more speed Red: do not allow the ball above the knees, stay in control of the ball Advance: Add in some more speed or have a coach step in to play some more defense on the pulls. Add in a backhand spin on the second hoop. Have both pulls without the pull back, add in some speed or a coach.
