
Use of two goals. One is a hockey goal the other is two cones. One goalkeeper in between both goals and the other behind the goals with the cones to stop the ball going miles away. Coach to roll the ball to the goalkeeper between the goals and tell them which goal to kick the ball into. Change goalkeepers after every five.
Kick with the side of the foot. Hands up at all times. Knees bend and up on toes. Head over the ball when kicking.
