Starts with mid field free (CH) Attackers stay back and narrow to compress the play, taking defenders with them. Overhead to either pocket. Attacker moves to receive. Remaining attacker(s) move to support break away.
Overhead practice for a few (rotate). Focus for receiving attacker is to control ball then prep for quick pass or run. Focus for other fowards is anticipation of fall location and movement off the ball, ready for next phase.
