Central defender pass a ball to one midfielder (inside the square) the other two midfielders let him receive and he plays 1vs2 once the two midfielders recuperate the ball they attack fast to the goal and the central defender has to slow down the attack and wait for the onther midfielder (the one who has lost the ball) to go back and become a 2vs2 if possible. Receive under pressure and play vs 2 midfielders and readapt once the ball is lost and become 2vs2. For the attackers is important to recuperate the ball as quick as possible with good pressure and then do a fast break to make sure is a 2vs1.
