Blue is offense, red is defense. The first wave is a 3v2 to goal, a player from each cone goes into the drill. The second wave is a 2v1 to goal, blue players A and D play against red player A. The third wave is a 1v1 to goal, blue player A against red player D. Play ends on Coach's whistle. Blue Line A should have more players than lines D or F.
