Counter attacking mini game using 4 equal teams. Each team takes turns attacking at a set of goals and then cover defending.
Team 1 (Red) attacks the goal with pace with no team cover defending. As the goal is scored, or play has been stopped, team 2 (Grey) attacks the opposite goals with as much pace as possible trying to beat team 1 who is trying to recover and defend. Once team 2 scores or the ball goes over the base line, team 3 (Blue) takes a ball and attacks the opposite goals with pace trying to beat team 2 whilst team 2 is trying to recover and defend. Once team 3 scores or the ball goes over the base line, team 4 (Yellow) takes a ball and attacks the opposite goals with pace trying to beat team 3 whilst team 3 is trying to recover and defend. The round continues with team 1 (Red) trying to beat team 4 to the goals. The round can continue for as long is required.
