Open receiving in 3s: 1 on each end cone and 1 player in the centre. A passes to D, who open receives (letting the ball come across their body). D then passes to F. F passes back to D who repeats the above process and passes to A. The person in the middle works for 1 minute and then swaps.
Ensure the player in the middle receiving allows the ball to come fully across their body. Feet should be facing the way they want to go. If players are having trouble stopping the ball, ensure the stick kept on the ground guiding the ball and then received when it is across their body.
