3 vs 3 Blue players start with the ball and try and score. If the red team get the ball they need to get to the coned square and pass the ball to one of their players in there. (Not run it in) If the do they then counter attack towards the other goal. The blue team then defends and tries reverse the game again.
Played at a very high intensity to simulate game counter attacks. Should be played for 6-8 minutes ata time to simulate field playing rotations. Rest for two minutes and play again.
