Two players start at the top of the D. Player 1 goes ten seconds before player 2. Each player must run to each of the cones, grab the ball carry back to the top of the D and shoot. Each time they see a cone they must complete a skill. Aim of this drill is to work as hard as possible, shooting under pressure and fatigue.
Focus on keeping your stick on the ball at all times Stay low when carrying the ball. Look to strike to the opposite side of the goal that you are on. Aiming for the corners. Progression- Each skill completed must be different. Time limit that the player must complete all 4 balls in.
