A simple example of the UNDERS AND OVERS DRILL
Blue: 10 receives the ball and must make a choice either play red, pink, or yellow or go by herself through the gap if it opens. Black dotted line: The wing will try and thread the gap between the opposition 12 and 13. Red: 13 runs a short cutting in from wide to take a crash ball between 12 and 10 of the opposition. Pink: 12 runs straight and then drifts out to pull 13 of the opposition and create space for 11 or 12 receives the ball from 10 and takes the outside line. 14 wing and 15 link up with 12 to create the overlap on the outside.
