On the whistle the other player has try and get ball off partner. 6. Encourage players to use shoulder and body to pull ball away from paretner. FOCUS ON TECHNIQUE OVER QUICKNESS DEVELOPMENT - Get the players to increase how tight they hold onto the ball.
