This is a continous drill! 2 staggered taccklers (wearing armour) on opposite sides of a drill face 2 attackers. The first attacker takes the ball and runs and the tackler responds. The attacker either Fixes the man and passes or beats his man and runs onto the next tackler. The pair of attackers repeat this for the next tackler before returning down the pitch repeating the process. Tacklers change every 4-5 Mins. Progression is to load numbers in 3v2, 4v3 etc (discuss transitions). At the end of all sessions! Bring group in to Debreif (Q A`s) Drink and move to next drill.
