
Touch rules- when a player is touched, they must pass. 4 attacking players start on the try line. They now 1 minute to score as many tries as they can. When a forward pass, knock on etc happens, play is then reset from the try line. All players on the attacking team must be behind the try line before they can set off. When a try is scored, play is then reset as above. 2 defenders must always start on the their own try line After 1 minute, swap teams.
Players must always be looking for space. Make sure they know its a game.
