
The Attackers have to beat the defenders by drawing the man and passing to their team mates. Must not run into the defender! The defenders can only move sideways (football table!) and must try and tag the ball carrier. They cannot chase back once passed by the attackers.
Looking for players that can draw the defender in before offloading a pass. Encourage them to attack the space. Decision making Hands up ready for pass. Communication and support running. Progression - you can increase the nuber of defenders or decrease the number of attacker to suit group sizes and to increase difficulty.
