3 to six players line up opposite each other with any others in rows behind. starting between the blue cones the run across the grid passing down the line as they go. once ethe last player has the ball he passes to the opposite group who do the same. The coach calls another colour and the players move upto that cone increasing the length of pass required.
Cones are only 5 meters apart players to time the runs to take the ball at pace.
