
This is one of the most obvious and effective kick off set up. Make sure that you fowards are spread from touch line to the kicker also make sure they are mixed between them self's other wise the opposition will just run straight into the slowest players and break the line gaining big yards.
After the kick off the opposition player most of the time will run back into the middle of the field giving options left and right this is the best way to return a kick, so by spreading you fowards and mixing them up no matter where the next play will happen you will have players there ready to tackle the opposition.
