Improving the ability to catch high balls from a throw.
1. Set up a grid big enough for the ammount of second rows you have. 2. Get them to pair up and have a ball between them in the grid. 3. One player throws the ball high in a straight line and the other player runs forwards or back depending on throw and catch it above head. 4. Once they have caught the ball the same thing occurs. - Using the "W" target to sight the ball so you watch the ball as you catch it. ADVANCE DRILL - Get them into 3's and compete to catch the ball.
