set up with bookends on five and fifteen. jumper at rear bookend (fixer). then twoman pods = Jumper, lifter, spaced apart. depnding on opposition attack where space is- push pod moves forward to front lifter- or pull- front lifter moves to pod- at 2, 4, 6. lifter in pods turns to lift jumper behind.
2 is trigger. once 2 moves lineout starts. lifter in pods sets on 45 and prebinds with one hand to jumper. movement throughout lineout- no lazy pods.
