-Both blue and red, 3 at a time, run up out to the middle-The first player runs to the furthest cone, middle player runs to middle cone, and last player runs to closest cone-Both sets of 3 run wings down to the end of their grid until they hear a color-If hear their color, whoever has the ball at that moment takes the ball and exits the grid-The remaining two on that team become D and play against the other 3 O-They play until coach blows the whistle
-Encourage players to be creative and utilize the space they have to beat 2 D-Keep depth and appropriate spacing-D must try to close gaps and press on O as quickly as possible
