3 groups (circled). Call to who it's going. All 3 start running they get close the 2 up front tap the ball a pass to the other (backwards) they then pop to the player coming past. Options to either of the 2 pairs which usually has the middle runner supporting or he can run straight through the middle getting a late pop. The wide winger an be used to pop too off a ruck or even dummy the contact and pass wide.
Initial ball player must pass backwards and not block. Timing /- need to not tap before running or just get tackled too soon. Lots of noise and mis direction. Worth doing couple of times setting up the guy through the middle.
