Description
3 players in attack and 1 palyer on each side of the channel. Defenders must tackle the ball carrier who has off-load the ball to the netx player.
First defender must try to defend the third player in attack.
Coaching points
Players must be fast and keep good hands to avoid knock-on
They must comunicate which side, left o right before ball carrier pass the ball
The tackle has to be "winning tackle"
