Ball carrier runs towards defender, when close the support player decides what side to attack and calls either "pop left", or "pop right". Ball carrier performs pop pass. Reciever runs on, scores try. Both players return to start line.
Support player to assess which side has the most space. Maintain forward running. Ball carrier can draw defender one way, then release on overlap. Clear calls from support player.
