4 players, one player in between cones on each side of box. Defender in middle of box Players on outside of box pass the ball clockwise. On coach's whistle, player that has the ball in hand becomes the attacker and enters box trying to get to the other side. Defender in middle attemps tackle. Both players on each side of the box come around through gate and clear and seal the ruck. Player behind the defender comes straight in and attemps counter ruck
